After moving to New Jersey they established their catering business serving a unique and amazing array of authentic Jamaican dishes. Their desire to curate a traditional yet unique Jamaican food experience targeting a broader audience, led to them entering the mobile food industry. This allowed them to share generational recipes with their customers in the form of delicious Jamaican dishes.

Through their dishes, they hope to take their customers on a tantalizing journey without sacrificing authenticity, to a breathtaking beach in Jamaica to enjoy some local cuisine, without the cost of a flight.
